What is the return policy?
- Currently all sales are final due to Covid-19
- We only exchange or replace items in the event that they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email us at allthingspettyllc@gmail.com or hit contact us at the bottom of our site
- No exchanges on beauty & swimwear.
- We offer standard & express shipping thru USPS.
- Customer's will be notified via email once orders have shipped.
- We do ship worldwide
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after being processed, and verified.
- Domestic Shipping: Please allow USPS standard Mail approximately 3- 5 business days for delivery. Shipping may take longer during the holidays and due to Covid-19.
- International Shipping: Please allow USPS Mail 10 - 14 days for delivery. Please note that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
- You may track your packages using the provided tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I make a change to my address? I've already placed my order.
- We are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses. However, we will gladly re-route your order if we are notified within 24 hours of purchase. In this case email us at (allthingspettyllc@gmail.com) put URGENT in subject line or just go to CONTACT US at the bottom of our site.
